We are a not-for-profit initiative, contributing to the wellness of the society through teaching the art of Yoga. Established by Sathguru "O" Bikshu in the year 1986, we provide training in Sree Pathanjali Maharishi's Astanga Yogam to the interested public. A few of our modules include Simplified Transcendental Meditation, Kundalini Yogam, Chakra Meditation, Pranayamam, Yoga Therapy for Diabetics & Blood Pressure. We conduct regular Yoga classes and at times organise various Yoga Camps. Through Bajans, we also facilitate Stress Relief and Relaxation. Thirdly, we are into publishing, where in we have published books related to Yoga. A few of our well-received publications - Sree Pathanjali's Astanga Yogam, Chakra Meditation, Yoga Therapy for Diabetics, Yoga Therapy for Asthma, Yoga Therapy for Women and General Yoga Asanas.

7.00 Am To 8.00 am: Simplified Yoga Asanam, Pranayamam, Mudras Practise
8.00 Am To 8.20 am: Lecture on Pathanjali Yoga Sutra
8.20 Am To 8.40 am: Special Pooja
8.40 Am To 9.15 am: Transidental Meditation
9.15 Am To 10.0 am: Meditation through Bajan
10.0 Am To 10.30 Am: Anna Thanam
